Mohammed Bin Rashid City is a mixed-use development in Dubai named after His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. This vision of a state-of-the-art metropolis is set to exceed expectations and attract investors and tourists from far and wide to the ever-developing city of Dubai. Popularly referred to as a city within the city, Mohammed Bin Rashid City cost approxiamtely 30 billion dirhams to develop. Mohammed Bin Rashid City compromises four key components:-

One of the more notable communities will be District One, a residential development which will host a tennis academy, golf course, 600 acres of open green spaces and 7km of stunning crystal blue lagoons and a wave pool with man-made beach area.
