JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital Marketing Executive will be based in Dubai and be a part of a Marketing team. The main purpose of the role will include a handling of all digital marketing related tasks within the specified standards and enhancing the company’s image.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute and optimise online marketing strategies across different channels
  • Execute and implement strategic marketing plans and achieve marketing/sales targets
  • Perform marketing research to enhance campaign results
  • Perform result driven optimisations
  • Create ad content and structure ad copies
  • Monitor industry trends and perform competitors’ analysis
  • Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly marketing targets
  • Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
  • Creating and updating landing pages for various online campaigns
  • Manage campaign related social media chats and comments
  • Effectively set custom conversion and perform optimisations accordingly
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
  • Optimize all campaigns on a daily basis
  • Ensure the constant flow of leads from each individual channels
  • Troubleshoot any campaign delivery issues
  • Constantly optimise target audiences, keywords, audience behaviours and persona
  • Monitor weekly and monthly budgets
  • Provide reports to the marketing manager and finance team
  • Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Arabic is a must
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive (Arabic content)
  • Well experienced in developing, executing and optimising online marketing strategies across different channels
  • Excellent knowledge of all digital marketing across all industry-leading online marketing channels
  • Able to launch result driven campaigns across Social Media Channels, Search, Video Display & Programmatic platforms
  • Able to perform marketing research to enhance campaign results and perform result driven optimisations
  • Should have good understanding of creating ad content and effectively structure ad copies
  • Able to monitor industry trends and perform competitors’ analysis
  • Should be able to analyse landing pages and suggest result driven enhancement suggestion
  • Should have basic understand of creating and updating landing pages
  • Be able to work in international markets with multilingual campaigns
  • Be able to generate report, and take data driven decision making
  • 2 to 3 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industries
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Englis
