Town Square is a full-scale residential development developed by Nshama spanning across 750 acres making it larger than Downtown Dubai, featuring 3,500 townhouses, 18,000 apartments and 305 retail outlets offering a variety of projects that bring a diverse selection for its resident’s convenience.
The masterplan envisages a fully self-contained city with shopping and dining districts, plazas, extensive green spaces, mosques, educational institutions, healthcare centres, entertainment and outdoor sports facilities. A deal has already been signed with Vida Hotels and Resorts to operate a Vida Town Square Dubai hotel. Nshama and Emaar Retail also plan to open a Reel street cinema and a cineplex in the central square. This will be the first of its kind with state-of-the-art projection and audiovisual technologies as well as ergonomic seating and food and beverage outlets.
Natural and paved running tracks will crisscross the development, which will feature outdoor gymnasiums, skateboard parks, children’s play areas, green spaces, community swimming pools and access to cycle tracks.
Town Square is located in Dubailand at the intersection of Al Qudra and Emirates Road with easy access to major Dubai landmarks which are only a 20 minutes’ drive away.
