Dubailand Overview
Dubailand is a leisure, entertainment and tourism area developed by Dubai Properties spanning a massive 3 million square feet and costing 64.3 billion dirhams. Dubailand annually attracts a huge portion of tourists and is equally a popular collection of residential communities in unique and accomplished districts that offer sporting, entertainment and retail attractions.
Popularly dubbed as the world’s largest leisure and entertainment destination, Dubailand was first announced in 2003 with the five largest projects being Arabian Ranches, Dubai Sports City, Falcon City of Wonders, The Villa and Sustainable City with each of these projects constructed with a certain theme in mind, relating to their ambience.
