Meydan City

Meydan, is one of the most leading developments in Dubai offering different aspects of Dubai living. Meydan is occasionally referred to as Meydan City and is being developed by Meydan Group on an area spanning 40 million square feet and incorporates four unique districts:-

At its centre is the world famous Meydan Race Course which opened in 2010 and hosts the annual Dubai Cup. This renowned race is known for being the richest horse race in the world with $30 million in prize money up for winning throughout the day including a $10 million prize for the overall winner.

Meydan consists of many sub-developments including the newly announced Meydan One, The Polo Residences, The Polo Townhouses, Millennium Estates, Meydan Metropolis, Meydan Horizon, Meydan Avenue and Meydan Heights.

Meydan is located in Nad Al Sheba alongside Ras Al Khor road and Dubai-Al Ain Road and is just 15 minutes away from Dubai Mall and Downtown Dubai, 10 minutes from Business Bay and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
